**Job Description**

- Provide Ob/Gyn patient care, including labor and delivery and surgical services, in a hospital and outpatient healthcare centers, with the knowledge and skill expected in the professional medical community.
- Participate in the on-call rotation system to provide delivery services.
- Work Monday to Wednesday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
- One surgery day in the hospital.
- Approximately 1:3 call (within 30 minutes of the hospital).
- Work with 5 midwives on staff.
- Manage 15-25 deliveries a month.

**Requirements**

- Board eligible or board certified in Ob/Gyn.
- Current Indiana license.
- Current DEA certificate.
- Must be able to obtain hospital privileges.
