**Job Description**

- Schedule: Monday through Friday work week (40 hours)
- Shift: 8a-4p
- Call: 1 week every 5 weeks (1:5)
- Patient volume: Approximately 200 surgical cases per month and 200 births per year
- Scope: Independent model
- EMR: Centric
- Hospital: 40 Bed Acute Care Hospital with a 4 Bed ICU
- Group/support: 4 other CRNAs, strong team of surgeons including Orthopedics, OBGs, podiatry, ENT, cardiology, and more
- Efficient teams with 10-minute turnover times for endoscopies and ortho

**Requirements**

- Board certified with Oregon license
