**Job Description**

- Work dates needed: September 2025 - January 2026
- Preferred schedule: Monday - Friday (7:30 AM - 4:00 PM but flexible)
- Worksite setting: Long-Term Care
- Scope of work: Overall LTC has 76 beds, including 12 Transitional Care Unit (TCU) beds and 64 long-stay residents. The facility typically sees about 2 to 3 admissions per week.

**Requirements**

- Board Certified (BC) and DEA certification required
- Experience with EMR: Meditech
