Join our team as an Urgent Care Advanced Practice Provider in Moab, Utah. This full-time, permanent position is based in a hospital-based urgent care clinic, providing direct patient care to walk-in patients of all ages.

**Job Description**

- Provide direct patient care to walk-in patients of all ages
- Offer a broad scope of outpatient urgent care services
- Work independently in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting
- Collaborate closely with the Emergency Department for escalated care
- Clinic hours: 10 AM - 8 PM Monday to Friday, 10 AM - 6 PM Saturday and Sunday (365 days/year)
- Weekend and holiday coverage required

**Requirements**

- Current Utah license as a Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse
- DEA and Controlled Substance License (Schedules II-V)
- BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
