- Assess psychopathology and risks, advocate for students, and determine necessary services
- Develop and implement treatment plans while monitoring progress
- Participate in an on-call rotation for year-round psychological services
- Provide leadership, education, and recommendations to staff and parents/sponsors
- Collaborate with other health professionals to coordinate care

**Requirements**

- Doctoral degree in Psychology and licensure as a psychologist; Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, or Certified School Psychologist will also be considered
- A minimum of 3 years of experience providing therapy and assessment services, preferably in a clinical setting
- Applied experience with both clinical and/or school psychology preferred
- Experience with treatment plan management
- Demonstrated sound crisis intervention skills required
- Strong background providing evidence-based therapy and assessment services
- Knowledge and depth of experience in psychological/diagnostic testing, psychotherapy, professional ethics, consultation, clinical procedures, and psycho-educational programming
- Proficiency with computers including computerized diagnostic assessments, Microsoft applications, and Internet utilization
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including excellence in collaboration
- High degree of discernment and excellent judgment
- Must be available for core on-site office hours and on-call work rotation
- Skills in spoken and written Spanish a plus
- Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all MHS staff are role models for MHS students
