**Job Description**

- Report to Hospital with a 1:3 call ratio
- $400,000 - $425,000 annual salary
- Earning potential of $600,000
- Signing bonus available
- Relocation bonus available up to $10,000
- CME time available
- NextGen in use for EMR
- Brand new surgery center will provide candidate with a 15% ownership opportunity after one year
- Health insurance and medical malpractice covered
- Two doctors needed: one generalist and one with EUS and ERCP training and/or experience
- 50% of collections after salary times two
- Monday-Friday clinic and procedures
- Call coverage weekdays: each physician covers their own patients
- Two offices with two surgery centers
