The organization has four acute care hospitals and one specialty hospital that together house over 1,800 hospital beds.

**Job Description**

Our CQTI (Center for Quality, Transformation, and Innovation) program works within the Lee Health Heart Institute. This candidate must have experience in Cardiology and be knowledgeable about ACC/AHA guidelines and also HFSA for heart failure patients. This candidate will work with patients in our observation unit to provide rapid diuresis treatment and patient education. Patients are often discharged post-procedure if there are no acute issues and the Advanced Provider will follow up with the patient. The schedule is 12-hour shifts with rotating Saturday coverage (can be variable across the campuses). There is no call and the office is currently closed on Sundays. Lee Physician Group utilizes EPIC EHS and Dragon Dictation software in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
