**Requirements**

- Unrestricted Illinois license and DEA prior to start
- Board Certified
- 2+ years of provider work experience is strongly preferred. Experience in GI is preferred, but experience in other specialties will also be considered.

**Education Qualifications**

- Master's degree in Nursing is required.

**Certifications, Licenses and Registrations**

- Licensed in the state of practice as Advanced Practice Registered Nurse is required.
