**Hematology Physician**

This facility is seeking a Hematology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

**Job Description**

- Schedule: 3-5 shifts per week, every other week 8 hour days
- Practice Setting: Outpatient
- Types of Cases: General hematology cases
- Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic
- Certifications required: Advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) and Basic life support (BLS)
- Active Kentucky license or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) required
