**Job Description**

- Anesthesia dates: 
  - May 5, 2020 to May 13, 2020
  - June 11 to June 24, 2020
  - July 5 to July 17, 2020
  - Dec. 22 to January 8, 2021

- Anesthesia compensation: $1200 per day

- Typically 12-14 cases/day
