**Ortho Hand Surgery Opening - Grants Pass, OR**

Located 20 minutes to Medford and 40 minutes to Ashland, this position offers a unique opportunity in a beautiful region.

**Job Description**

- Full-time, permanent position
- Join 1 MD in a single office
- Monday to Friday with call
- Call: 3-5 days per month with $1,000 per night call pay from the hospital
- Hand fellowship required
- Employed for 1 year with the option for partnership
- 14 partners in the group
- Group provides surgical care for injuries and illnesses affecting the spine, shoulders, knees, feet, ankles, hips, wrists, and hands
- Board-certified/board-eligible in orthopedic surgery required

**Compensation and Benefits**

- Competitive salary with the potential for partnership after one year
- $300,000 to $350,000 first-year base salary
- Ancillary services including MRI, physical therapy, hand therapy, DME, and ASC
- Opportunity to buy into the Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC), enhancing your investment in the practice
