Our nephrology practice has locations in Fredonia, Dunkirk, Silver Creek, and Jamestown, New York. Our full-service nephrology group consists of two full-time physicians and one advanced practice provider. Services offered include evaluation and treatment of acute and chronic kidney disease, kidney transplant evaluation and treatment, and acute and chronic dialysis evaluation and management. The ideal physician is board certified/board eligible.
