**Job Description**

- 100% outpatient clinic setting
- Acute care and primary care
- Employed opportunity with SSM Health
- Schedule:
  - Part-time at 8 hours/week
  - Clinic is open Tuesday 1-4:30pm and Thursday 8-11am
  - No nights/weekends/holidays or call!
  - Opportunity to pick up at other locations throughout Wisconsin
- Patient-focused support staff - dedicated MA available
- In-office procedures, labs onsite
- Malpractice insurance covered
- Experience-based pay

**Requirements**

- Graduate of nationally accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) Program
- Ability to obtain PA/NP licensure in Wisconsin
  - NPs should have Family Certification
