**Job Description**

- 320-bed Level III Trauma Facility
- 7 on/7 off schedule 6p-6a
- Open ICU with Intensivist coverage
- No procedures
- Premium compensation including an incentive bonus, commencement bonus, and profit sharing
- Comprehensive full-time benefits package, including malpractice, CME, 401K with match
- Rounding 5 physicians daily; 1 physician at night
- EMR - Meditech

**Requirements**

- Passion for delivering high-quality, value-based versus volume-based care.
- Preference for real-time, data-driven clinical decision-making.

- Ability to provide a full scope of inpatient hospitalist services.
- Board Certified MD or DO with advanced graduate medical education and training in FM or IM (preferred).
- Practicing physicians are preferred.
- Current, unrestricted Texas license to practice.
- Current, unrestricted federal, and as-needed state, prescriptive authority.
