- Certifications: Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) from American Registry of Medical Assistants (ARMA), American Allied Health (AAH), National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT), American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA), American Medical Technologists (AMT), National Association for Health Professionals (NAHP), National Healthcareer Association (NHA).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days from American Heart Association (AHA).
- Education: High School Diploma/GED.

**Compensation and Benefits**

The compensation range for this position is $18.33 per hour - $29.69 per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked, and compensation model.
