**Job Description**

- No supervision required; all CRNA practice as a solo provider
- Types of cases include general, endoscopy, pediatrics, urology, ENT, and ophthalmology
- Proficiency in spinals, blocks, and epidurals is required (case logs needed)
- You will be the only anesthesia provider on site
- Two operating rooms available
- EMR system used is Medaxion
- Majority of cases are endoscopy, with a total of 650 cases per year in a facility with 25 beds and 2 OR suites

**Requirements**

**Schedule**
