**Job Description**

- This position will generally be scheduled for 40 hours per week, with a flexible Monday through Friday schedule.
- This position offers a diverse range of clinical experiences including Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF), Long-Term Care (LTC) facilities, Inpatient and Outpatient services, with some coverage in Home Health.
