**Locum Tenens Vascular Surgeon**

We are seeking a skilled Vascular Surgeon to join our team in Ohio. This locum tenens position offers a competitive on-call rate.

**Job Description**

- 24 hour call with rounding; 7a-7a
- Weekend rounding required
- On-call requirements included

**Requirements**

- Board Certified Vascular Surgeon - REQUIRED
- Fellowship Training - REQUIRED
- Ohio Medical License - Preferred, will accept providers needing to obtain OH license (note status at time of name clear)
- BLS & ACLS Certification - REQUIRED
- COVID Vaccine - REQUIRED, noted at time of name clear
- 100% clear background required

**Job Details**

- Practice Setting: Hospital, will not require clinic hours
- Average Number of Cases Per Day: Rounding at 4 hospitals with an average of 6 patients at each hospital
- Documentation System/EMR: EPIC
- Trauma Level/Designation: 1
- Number of Operating Rooms: Each hospital has multiple
- Patient Age Demographic: Adult
