Outpatient Physical Therapist needed for 13 weeks from 9/1 to 11/30. Would consider candidates that were available earlier in July or August if they were willing to stay through November, as those 3 months are the primary need. Outpatient experience required. 

**Job Description**

- EMR: OptimisPT
- Varying patient demographics
- Heavy orthopedic focus
- Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM; open to four 10-hour shifts for the right candidate

**Requirements**

- Kansas state license will need to be obtained
- CPR/BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- State License - Physical Therapist - Kansas
- NPI number

**Physical Abilities**

- Ability to lift from 50 to 100 lbs
