This position runs from April through December 2025, with a consistent Monday-Friday clinic schedule and shared weekend call. The role is primarily outpatient-focused, with hospital rounding and consults only when on primary call rotation.

**Job Description**

- Schedule: Must be able to commit to 3 weeks per month plus call
  - Clinic Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)
  - Call Rotation: Weekends - Friday 5:00 PM through Monday 7:00 AM, rotating with other providers
  - Clinic Patient Volume: 18-20 patients/day
  - On-Call Duties:
    - Hospital consults and rounding (only when on primary call)
    - Backup APP support included in rotation
- Procedures: None required

**Requirements**

- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology (must be certified within 5 years of residency)
- Active Indiana Medical License or eligibility via IMLC
- Minimum Experience: 2+ years preferred
- Certifications Required:
  - ACLS (AHA-issued)
  - BLS (AHA-issued)
- Flu Vaccination: Required (medical or religious exemption accepted)
