**Job Description**

- Demonstrated track record of physician leadership and program growth, with experience in developing and implementing strategic initiatives
- Excellent surgical skills in both cranial and spinal neurosurgery, typically with a 70/30 or 80/20 split depending upon the specific practice needs
- Develop and implement strategies to expand neurosurgery services, enhance program offerings, and increase market share within the Kansas City region
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and mentor a team of neurosurgeons and advanced practice providers
- Guide initiatives to improve clinical performance, reduce readmission rates, and enhance patient experience
- Board Certification in neurosurgery
- 5+ years of clinical experience
- 2+ years of leading a clinical administrative or academic department or aptitude for physician leadership
- Current medical licensure in Missouri and/or Kansas (or ability to obtain)
