The current APP at the practice is relocating to be closer to family. Incoming provider will see an average of 25 patients per day, primarily follow-ups and medication management. The clinic is located within a one-hour drive of downtown NYC.

**Job Description**

- Single Specialty Group Employee, Outpatient only
- Immediate opening, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- See 25 patients per day
- Some procedures, mainly performing intrathecal pump refills
- Primarily follow-ups and medication management
