**Requirements**

- Hold a Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine degree
- Be board certified or board eligible in Geriatric Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine
- Possess a valid, unrestricted license in the state of desired employment (or be willing to obtain one)
- Maintain a current, unrestricted DEA license

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Preferably, have two to five years of directly applicable experience
- Showcase expertise in managing a Medicare Advantage panel of patients within a value-based coordinated care environment
