- Pulmonary fibrosis and pulmonary hypertension get referred out
- Visit types are follow-ups for chronic conditions, initial consultations for new respiratory symptoms, lung health screenings, and post-hospital discharge visits
- Procedures include pulmonary function tests, oxygen therapy evaluations, management of respiratory devices, medication adjustments, and education
