The ophthalmic technician works directly in patient care and with physicians. They must have strong critical thinking and problem solving skills, be highly motivated, dependable and have an ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment, this candidate must be able to travel to local satellite locations. Compensation based on experience, and medical experience is a plus.
