- Collaborate with nurses, residents, and other clinical staff to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Communicate test results to providers and patients per VA standards
- Participate in quality improvement meetings, morbidity & mortality reviews, and staff meetings
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the VA electronic health record system
- Follow VA protocols for patient safety, infection control, and privacy

**Requirements**

- Active, unrestricted U.S. medical license (any state)
- ABU Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
- BLS & ACLS certification
- Completion of VA credentialing and mandatory trainings (including EHR, HIPAA, patient safety, emergency response, etc.)
- Proven technical proficiency in urological procedures, including use of holmium laser, ESWL, and fluoroscopy
- Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
