**Job Description**

- Join a multi-specialty, outpatient clinic
  - 1 Family Medicine & 1 Internal Medicine Provider
  - 5 Advanced Practice Providers
  - 4 Pediatricians
  - 1 Clinical Psychologist, 5 LCSWs, 4 PMHNPs
  - Subspecialty presence with clinic: Cardiology, Medical Oncology, Neurology, Neurosurgery, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, Podiatry, and Vascular Surgery
- Outpatient clinic also has a Pharmacy, Imaging Center (Ultrasound, X-Ray), and Laboratory
- Ideal candidate would see an average of 17-21 patients a day
- EMR: Epic
- Work schedule: M-F 8:00 am - 5:00 pm outpatient clinic; 4.5 work week with 0.5 day for admin.

**Requirements**

- BE/BC Family Medicine certification
- Missouri Physician license or ability to obtain a license upon credentialing
- Active Missouri DEA registration or ability to obtain upon credentialing
