This facility is seeking a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

**Job Description**

- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, No Weekends, No Call
- Practice Setting: Inpatient Rehabilitation
- Scope: The provider will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to manage and oversee patient rehabilitation plans, coordinate care, and support recovery for patients with diverse physical and neurological conditions.

**Requirements**

- Active Illinois State License
- Board Certified with Active Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Controlled Substance Registration (CSR)
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- Use of Electronic Medical Record System known as EPIC
