**Job Description**

- Lead by example by overseeing the daily operations of the client service and veterinary medical support team.
- Ensure exceptional client service by working closely with clients to provide a positive experience at our hospital.
- Manage and develop staff by hiring, training, and evaluating support staff, providing ongoing coaching and development.
- Optimize workflow and efficiency by continuously looking for ways to improve the efficiency of the client service and veterinary medical support team.
- Maintain a safe and positive work environment for both staff and patients by enforcing safety protocols and promoting a culture of respect and collaboration.

**Requirements**

- Minimum of 3 years experience in a veterinary leadership or supervisory role, demonstrating leadership, coaching, and organizational skills.
- Previous experience working as a Veterinary Assistant or Veterinary Technician.
- Active California Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) license preferred.
- Experience working in a multi-department emergency or specialty practice preferred.
- Candidates with an Associate's degree or a high school diploma, along with at least four years of veterinary medical experience showing growth in responsibility and skills will also be considered.
