- Required procedures include Hemodialysis; preferred procedures include Percutaneous Renal Biopsy, Peritoneal Dialysis (acute/chronic), and Needle biopsy of the kidney.
- Commitment to a minimum of one week, ideally two weeks of availability per month.
- Availability for calls during evenings and weekends, beginning on Monday at 7 a.m. and concluding the following Monday at the same time.
- During on-call weeks, the provider must see a minimum of five outpatients each day at the clinic and be available for inpatient rounds/consults.
- The outpatient clinic operates between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
- Typically, the provider covers 70% of inpatients and 30% of outpatients, but this may vary.

**Requirements**

- Licensed in Pennsylvania only.
- Board certification is required; eligible candidates are acceptable.
- Estimated credentialing timeframe is 60-90 days.
