- Perform a mix of General Medicine and Traumatic Brain Injury exams.
- Conduct primarily interview-based evaluations with some physical assessments, including range of motion testing and muscle strength testing.
- Use of a Goniometer for physical assessments.
- No prescribing or treatment involved.
- Complete and submit standardized forms (DBQs) within 48 hours of exam completion.
- Perform evaluations in the provider portal, and records are reviewed.

**Requirements**

- Must be Board Certified in any of the following specialties: Neurology, Neurosurgery, PM&R.
- Familiarity with Musculoskeletal, Diabetes, and Cardio required.
- Proficient in METs testing, evaluating, and diagnosing respiratory, cardiovascular, and neurological conditions.
- Must own a personal laptop (No Apple Laptops/MACs).
- Training provided for all Reporting/Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs).
- DMA Certification available (can earn CME credits) - required once privileged if not already certified.

**Qualifications**

- Strong background in General Medicine or experience with TBI exams preferred.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
