- Active Texas license and DEA required
- Board certification in Emergency Medicine, Family Practice, or Internal Medicine; if Family Practice or Internal Medicine, 2,000+ hours of ED experience required
- Required certifications: ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS, Trauma CME (9 hours annually)
- 2+ years of Emergency Medicine experience for Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants; 2,000+ hours for non-Emergency Medicine physicians
- Clean file required
