We are seeking a Locum Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Estacada, OR, located 28 miles southeast of Portland, OR. This position offers an hourly rate plus travel expenses in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) outpatient setting.

**Job Description**

- Credentialing takes approximately 30 days.
- Start date: 6/30, End date: 10/10.
- This is a 3-month contract with a schedule of four 10-hour shifts (8 AM - 7 PM) including a 1-hour lunch break, with one day potentially being telehealth. Confirming days will be weekdays only.
- Patient volume is expected to be 10-15 patients per day.
- Procedures include bread and butter family practice such as cold, cough, flu, wellness checks, and simple procedures like suturing and wound management.
- EMR system used is Athena.
- An active Oregon license is required.
- Certifications needed include BLS and DEA.
- Full support staff is available, including medical assistants, front office staff, and four nurse practitioners currently on-site.
