**Job Description**

- Provide care in a 50% hematology and 50% oncology setting
- Manage a patient census of 8-16 inpatient and 8-20 outpatient adults
- Utilize EPIC as the electronic medical record system

**Requirements**

- MD/DO with board certification or board eligibility in Hematology/Oncology
- Illinois medical license
- BLS certification
