**Requirements**

- Master’s Degree (minimum) in Social Work or Professional Counseling
- LMSW/LGPC or LCSW-C/LCPC required
- Extensive knowledge of government-funded and public and private mental health housing programs, as well as knowledge of providers and community resources
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting
- Demonstrates ability to effectively manage multiple programs
- Knowledge of local and county resources
- Knowledge of Medicaid, Social Security, and other housing entitlement programs
- Demonstrates ability to maintain effective and professional relationships with clients and other members of the care team
- Demonstrates competency with manual and computerized database entry and recordkeeping
