- Call is very light 1:6 weeks answering maybe 3 calls during the week from home because hospitalists take inpatient calls.
- In clinics, you will see 18 patients per day minimum.
- Hospital wants providers to be able to do what they do best - practice medicine - and have centralized coding and either in-person or virtual scribes available so that charting is done by the end of the day.
- 25 bed critical access with 6 rural health clinics, home health service, several visiting specialists that come to town to deliver care.
- Hospital is a training site for multiple medical school and NP/PA programs so there are opportunities to teach, if desired.

- Base is always guaranteed - does not go away over time.
- Incentive bonuses on top of base, plus with RVU, plus opportunities to earn additional income with: additional days worked, overseeing APPs, hospitalist shifts, etc.
