- Join a team with 1 other MD on staff
- Must be interested in seeing children and women's health cases, in addition to family medicine
- Outpatient only - not much OB work in the hospital; there is a small hospital in town that has an ER, surgeon, radiology, etc. that patients are referred to
- EMR: PracticeFusion
- Currently seeing 8-15 patients per day, 100 per week but always have more people wanting to be seen so you have plenty of opportunities for a higher level, if desired
- Mostly adult/geriatric population, but do see children as well. There is no nursing home in town so someone that has a desire to help the geriatric population is highly desired
- Dermatology and Hematology Oncology providers rent space to provide care 1-2 times per month
- Clinic is affiliated with area mental health providers, along with a social worker and therapist available on-site a couple of days a week
