**Registered Respiratory Therapist**

Methodist Midlothian Medical Center is seeking a PRN Registered Respiratory Therapist to join its team.

**Job Description**

- In this highly technical, fast-paced, and challenging Respiratory Therapist PRN position, you'll collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide the very best care for patients.
- The Respiratory Therapist consistently performs evidence-based pulmonary care and diagnostic testing in accordance with physician orders and evidence-based protocols.

**Requirements**

- Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care Program
- Current Basic Life Support certification required
- Current Advanced Cardio Life Support certification required
- NRP, Pediatric Advanced Life Support - must obtain within 1 year of hire
- Currently licensed in good standing as a Respiratory Care Practitioner by Texas Medical Board
- Registered by the National Board for Respiratory Care
- Strongly prefer neonatal and pediatric experience

- At least 2 years of experience in Family Practice required
- Must be board-certified

- Bilingual preferred but not required
- Texas license needed, but can be applied for
- Shooting for May training and June opening of the clinic
- Every provider has their own Medical Assistant
- 72 hours to close out charts
- 8 AM to 5 PM schedule
- Call: 1 time every 3 to 4 weeks, call center handles most calls
