**Job Description**

- Be part of a nationally recognized leader in healthcare. Banner Health boasts 30 hospitals across six states, renowned for quality, education, and stability.
- You'll have the unique opportunity to be involved with the new rural residency program at the Banner Payson Medical Center, a rural critical access hospital, sponsored by the University of Arizona College of Medicine - Phoenix.
- Enjoy an outpatient role with limited call and flexible scheduling options (4x10 or 5x8 schedules).
- Receive MA support and work with a team of specialized providers including Nephrology, OB/GYN, Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, Cardiology, Oncology, Pain Management, and Urology.
- Have 36 hours per week of patient contact with 4 hours of administrative time.

**Requirements**

- Passionate about rural medicine.
- Interested in geriatric patient populations.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine (ABMS).
- Patient-focused, friendly, and willing to collaborate in a team environment.
