- Completes objective testing for range of motion, strength, and performance of daily functional tasks.
- Completes therapeutic modalities, as appropriate, including ultrasound, iontophoresis, and electrical stimulation.
- Administers corrective exercise or manual techniques for stabilization, facilitation, or inhibition of movement.
- Completes daily documentation and charging in Therapy EMR.
- Communicates with the referring provider on patient progress and treatment recommendations.
- Provides supervision to Physical Therapy Assistants, in accordance with regulatory agency guidelines.
- Utilizes standardized outcome measures in a uniform manner to ensure functional performance is accurately reflected.

**Requirements**

- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) - Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days - American Heart Association (AHA).
- Bachelor's Degree: Physical Therapy (Required).

The compensation range for this position is $34.66 per hour - $59.62 per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health.
