**Physician**

Client seeks a Physician for Wednesday, May 14 at their Corporate Health clinic in Salem, IN. Provider will see ages 2 and up for primary care, acute episodic care, and biometric screens. Hours are 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM with a 60-minute lunch break.

**Job Description**

- Provide primary care and acute episodic care for patients aged 2 and up
- Conduct biometric screenings

**Requirements**

- Must be Board Certified/Board Eligible
- 3+ years of clinical experience in a primary care specialty
