- Counsel residents, family members, and/or resident advocates on prevention and treatment plans under the direction of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

**Requirements**

- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse. An associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.
- Must have attended a pre-licensure nursing program that included supervised clinical experience across the life span or have had a minimum of 400 hours of experience as an LPN at another facility.
- Currently holds an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges.
- If position requires IV therapy/management skills, graduation from a Board approved AASPN program where IV therapy is part of the curriculum or completion of an IV Therapy course approved by the North Dakota Board of Nursing is required.
