- Registered as a Pharmacist Clinician with the Board of Medicine to exercise prescriptive authority in accordance with current/active guidelines or protocols as defined by the Pharmacist Prescriptive Authority Act.
- Certification in Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS).
- Advanced training/certification in anticoagulation and/or disease management.
- Direct patient care experience as a Pharmacist Clinician with prescriptive authority.
- Experience current in disease management.
