- Full-spectrum practice with mentorship available
- Outpatient-focused 4-day work week
- Dedicated OR day each week
- Can accommodate sub-specialty interests, especially in glaucoma
- 15-20 patients per day - Never pushed based on quantity of patients seen
- Collaborative team seeking a patient-focused partner who seeks a practice that offers autonomy

**Compensation Details**

- Base salary of $432K
- Sign-on bonus starting at $50K
- Initial recruitment package of $482K
- Student loan repayment up to $125K
- 7 weeks of PTO
- Physician's health insurance premiums covered by practice
- 3 retirement options including a pension plan
