POSITION DESCRIPTION: The OB physician hospitalist is employed by a private practice contracted by the hospital to provide obstetrics and related services at the medical center. The new physician will be part of a team of clinicians at the assigned site, working together with the support of the Site Director. The team of physicians make scheduling decisions together, ensuring that there is 100% schedule coverage at the hospital. They have a need for both a full-time hospitalist and a part-time hospitalist who provides seven (7) shifts per month of coverage.
