- Between 3-6 weekend beeper call shifts per year based on staffing.
- Anesthesia care team model.
- Variety of general surgery, a good amount of ortho, some spines, gyn, some ENT, healthy peds, and lots of endo.
- High volume of OB but CRNAs are very minimally involved right now. The MDs run OB C-sections and do all epidurals.
- Anywhere from 1 to 15 cases per day because we have a busy endo suite; on average: 4-5 cases.

**Compensation**

- Salary is $290,800 and we are also offering a $25,000 signing bonus.
