**Job Description**

- Provide clinical coverage with 12-hour shifts that vary from 7a-7p, 8a-8p, 9a-9p, 10a-10p, and 7p-7a
- Manage a patient volume that is to be confirmed
- Perform admissions as needed
- Engage in 95% direct patient care and 5% administrative duties
- Conduct various procedures including:
  - Central venous line, arterial catheter, and temporary pacemaker placement
  - Emergency chest tube or needle thoracostomy
  - Peritoneal lavage, defibrillation, and synchronized cardioversion
  - Endotracheal intubation, lumbar puncture, proctoscopy/anoscopy, and pericardiocentesis
  - Simple closed fracture and dislocation reduction, arthrocentesis
  - Local/regional anesthesia, moderate and/or deep procedural sedation
