- Handle multiple priorities and direct and evaluate the activities of others.
- Ensure resident safety at all times and assist, transfer, or otherwise move residents out of danger in case of emergency.

**Requirements**

- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse in good standing.
- Minimum one year nursing experience providing direct care in a long-term care setting.
- Competent in leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to plan, develop, and implement nursing policies and procedures.
- CPR certified.
- Must be English literate and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
