**Job Description**

**Requirements**

- For PA: Must be a graduate of a PA program accredited by the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant, Inc. (ARC-PA). NCCPA certification is required, and the PA must be licensed to practice as a PA in the State of Arizona.
- For NP: Must be a graduate of a NP program accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and have completed an Acute Care certification. A Master's degree in Nursing is required. The NP must have a current Arizona Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) license.
