This facility is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

**Job Description**

- Available shift length and scheduling requirements: 7 days on/7 days off schedule
- Required cases: Orthopedics, Urology, Vascular, Gastrointestinal, Gynecology, Neuro, Spine; no Obstetrics, Hearts, or Heads
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC
- Care team (and ratio) or independent: function independently and as a collaborative team with 1 physician
- Credentialing timeframe: 30-60 days
- License required or willing to license: Active Illinois license required
